SHIPPING
We proudly ship worldwide! To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we work with local printers whenever we can. Most orders arrive within 10 days, but delivery can sometimes take up to 30 days. To be safe, we recommend checking the regional delivery times below and place your order with enough time to spare.
US: 2-3 bus. days
Australia: 3-6 bus. days
Austria: 2-6 bus. days
Canada: 2-5 bus. days
EFTA/Northern Europe: 5-15 bus. days
France: 2-6 bus. days
Germany: 2-6 bus. days
New Zealand: 5-10 bus. days

RETURNS
Since each of our shirts is printed just for you, we’re not able to accept returns. That said, we want you to love what you ordered! If your item arrives in the wrong size, color, or design—or if it’s damaged in any way—we’ll be happy to issue a refund. No need to send anything back, just let us know by following the directions under refunds and we’ll take care of it.
REFUNDS
We offer a 15-day refund policy—you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Your eligible for a refund if:
-You received the wrong size
-You received the wrong product
-You received the wrong color
-Your item arrived damaged
Please note:
Refunds for a change of mind or unwanted gifts aren’t accepted.
How to request a refund:
Email us at support@lostintranslationlit.com with:
-Picture proof of the item showing the issue or reason for return
-Reason for return
Our customer service team will take a look and let you know if it qualifies. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method—just keep in mind your bank or credit card may take a little time to show it.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Having second thoughts? It happens! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, our team is already working hard to get it ready just for you!
ADDRESS CHANGES
Changed your mind or typed too fast? No worries! You’ve got 12 hours after placing your order to update the shipping address. After that, your package is off on its adventure and we can’t reroute it.
